Throughout this article, you’ll find a selection of images and videos captured with my drone. These images from the drone highlight my learning journey. As I’m still learning to master its operation, the earlier content—organized chronologically—might not stand out as particularly impressive. I ask for just a bit of patience, as with more experience and practice, I’m certain something truly captivating will come to life. Trust me, it will be worth the wait.
I’ll begin close to home. The cover image was captured just a few kilometers away. At dawn, I climbed to the top of a hill and sent the drone soaring, positioning it to witness the sun as it rose gracefully over the forest. Such images illustrate the potential of drones to capture breathtaking vistas.

The more time passes, the better I become at using the drone.
If it snows a little, even better, as the landscape helps me and I do not have to travel far.
This is what my drone captured from about fifteen metres up this morning during the golden hour.
It was a little chilly, but it was completely worth it, even just to put our feet up in the cool snowas we used to do when we were children.
Me and the airstrip
It took me some time to learn how to take 180° photos (or 155°, as the instructions state), but here is the result.
We are not at an optimal level yet, but I will improve with time, and for now, I am pleased with what I see.

The road

The image above is a distinctive 45° drone shot of two roads. In the background are hills, with more hills visible further away. The magic of drone photography lies in its ability to capture broader perspectives than we can often see from the ground.

The video below showcases a brief flight over the beach at sunrise on a chilly November morning. Amidst seagulls and a handful of early risers strolling along, I’m exploring the stunning perspectives the drone can reveal. Each flight is part of my journey to master its capabilities and make the most of its potential.
In this YouTube short, I am trying to follow a horse on the beach with my drone. I was afraid of scaring it, so, except for the first few metres when I saw it appear in the headset, I tried to keep my distance, flying slowly and at a safe distance. I find it all very relaxing: the sunset, the winter beach, and the calm sea.
